The first solution is
(1×4+1=5)
(2×5+2=12)
(3×6+3=21)
(8×11+8=96)
The second solution is
1st term (5=5)
2nd term (5+7=12)
3rd term (5+7+9=21)
Hence the 8th term is
(5+7+9+11+13+15+17+19=96)
The third solution is
1st term (3×3-4=5)
2nd term (4×4-4=12)
3rd term (5×5-4=21)
8th term (10×10-4=96)
